Hotel Punto Mx

Outstanding hotel! Extremely clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The bathroom was fully equipped with everything needed. The buffet service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond in every aspect—from room cleanliness to exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Had an amazing stay at Hotel Punto MX! The building is iconic, especially at night with its bright 'PUNTO' sign. The location is perfect for exploring the heart of the city. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was great. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City.

If you are looking for a hotel in the center of Mexico City, then this is your place. The location was perfect for us first timers to the city. The rooms were so clean. Our Junior Suite was a comfortable size and quiet from the street noise but there was noise when the staff was setting up and breaking down the dining services. I didn't know they had a roof deck but that's my bad, or is it? The front desk staff were direct. The household staff were a delight. Super friendly and accommodating.

We liked this hotel so much that we came back to stay here after being at another hotel even though we didn’t get a refund at the other place. Both the king suite with terrazza and king suite were generously sized and very quiet. Air conditioning wasn’t very efficient and the gym needs updating but to echo another review, Raul offered excellent service as well as the front desk staff who provided us ice for joint injuries if I return to this neighborhood I will definitely stay again.

It is placed right in the middle of everything, walk everywhere. Of course getting there is a major traffic jam... But once you're there it is quite nice. Coffee bar downstairs, very modern. The bed is awesome! Super comfy. Some negatives on our visit, we did not have any hot water in our room for the whole 3 nights. We complained about it, but nothing changed. When we went to check out, they said we used the laundry bag, which we did, but the maid didn't take the laundry so, we didn't really use it.. well they still charged us 50 pesos for it. Even after having no hot water.

Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great location within walking distance to most of the Centro sights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value too!

The room was very clean and the bed and pillows very comfy. I loved the spa bath in our room and the jets worked perfectly, plus they included bubble bath! The staff were all very nice and spoke English. I loved the area the hotel was in, I just wish we had more time to explore but this was our last night in CDMX. It was also a very quick ride to the airport the next morning. Be aware that it is not a simple check out process. They must check your room to approve giving you back your deposit, and they make you wait for this. I wish I had known because we timed ordering our uber before we went downstairs and we had to ask the driver to wait several minutes, which was stressful.

Good stayed. Hotel employees polite and overall clean.Four floor rooms are very spacious and overall clean.Bed comfortable and great size. Washroom is spacious and clean. They give enough toiletries. Breakfast was ok, mexican cuisine every day and few sweets, fruits, cereal boxes and yogurt, juices, tea, coffee, eggs, quesadillas they can prepare for you. Location is close to Zocalo and Bellas Arte maybe 10min or 25 minutes walk.Area feels safe, few cafes and restaurants, taquerias close by. I missed to have a mini fridge in the room since most hotels have one, comes handy if you buy any food. I recommended this hotel.
